Restart the blue screen after installing Hyper-V in Windows Server 2016

When I try to install Hyper-V on the x79 motherboard platform, I am prompted that the server needs to be restarted, but the blue screen will appear after restarting. I try to extract the dump file, but no file is generated in the default path
