Hi,
I would like to send a testing message with attachment(or link) to monitor staff security awarness. when Staff click to open the attachment, I will get the message.
I like to setup group client to run schedule. which the trigger is the event ID. The ID is generated when the testing attachment is openned.

I'm afraid there is no such built-in method in Outlook or even in Exchange. Especially regarding with if the attachment is opened or not by users. This issue may be more related to development, so I would help you add the related tag for this thread, thanks for your understanding!
