How to stop update from Windows 10 to 11 while allowing all other windows 10 updates ?

My system is always on automatic windows update mode. It downloaded windows 11 but on my laptop windows 11 is terribly slow and it is frustrating to use (i7 with 16 GB RAM and 1TB SSD). I tried looking for ways to stop specifically update from windows 10 to 11 but all methods I found were to just stop any kind of windows update. How can I selectively change the settings to not let my PC update from windows 10 to 11 but any update related to windows 10 keep on going ?
