Acer Aspire very slow logon - procmon log 4592 entries may be the cause

Hi,

Please can anyone tell me whether the attached jpg of procmon log could be the cause of an 8 minute delay in Windows 10 22H2 starting up. The initial boot screen loads OK, but then the blue screen with revolving white circle sits for at least 8 minutes before windows lock screen finally comes up. Once you logon there don't appear to be any problems after that. If this is not the cause can you suggest what else I can try. Many thanks.
