Public folder Mailbox missing in outlook client and in xml there is no <PublicFolderInformation> attribute

Exchange online public folder not visible on outlook client for incloud user, when we run outlook config test then the XML file does not have PublicFolderInformation details.

I have updated the defaultpuvlicfoldermailbox still there is publicfolderinformation on xml.
