My Microsoft account cannot be restored

I forgot my account password. I tried many times and failed, and then I was blocked from logging in. I want to restore my account, but that account hasn't been registered for long. No contact, no email to anyone, and no purchase of any of Microsoft's products. But that account was bound to Epic Games. I want to bind to my current account, but the verification code must be sent to the previous email. The machine can't help me restore my account. I need manual customer service to help me unfreeze my account, which is very important to me!
