As a fix a Microsoft 365 activation error.I have a paid subscription.

Question

I have a problem.

I cannot use or edit any office documents or word, excel, power point. All applications are frozen.

Every time I open a document I get a box that says: activation error. activate the office 2019 product and ask me for a product key.

I don't understand why I get that.

I currently have an active Microsoft 365 subscription, a personal account that I pay for each month.

They can help me.
