Hello,

Request: Help with research paper

I am student in computer science field. I need help with a research paper I am doing on Microsoft Word Software System.
For the research, I am needing to find information on Usability Studies for Microsoft Word. I need to find info on how the system can improve, how the current UI UX design interface system effects certain users, pros/cons of he sysem , etc. considering thr different types of users, background, educational level, skills, etc.

I am not able to find this kind of information online, was hoping to find someone from microsoft company or student.
