why my certificate is not issued yet?

I attended my exam on 28th jan and passed. But still now i did not received any mail or could not see any certificate in my view certificates neither in view badges.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
