Problems after downgrade

Can someone help me, i downgraded from Windows 10 and now i get this popup, i can't start Adobe Creative Cloud : 169798-image.png

    Hi there,

    I cannot understand the error message but you can try some basic troubleshooting messages. You can try disabling Anti-Virus and Firewall temporarily. You can also try contacting the Adobe support team to sort this out.

    You can try using the SFC & DISM command to check for any corrupted registries and try running Adobe again.
