Error 10016 cause whole pc to freeze

Question

From 2 month ago this starting to happens on me 3+ times every week, I usually have chrome on background or foreground when this happen.
before crash there is always few 10016 error and majority of them contains this appid {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

My pc setup is 5900x and gtx 1080, 64gb ddr4 3200mhz ram.

DCOM event ID 10016 means that certain processes don't have permissions to the DCOM components that are mentioned in the event logs. A simple registry tweak can sometimes fix the DCOM Error 10016 immediately.

In the Start Search type Regedit and hit the Enter key.

Now locate the following registry location:

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Ole

Delete the following keys:

DefaultAccessPermission
DefaultLaunchPermission
MachineAccessRestriction
MachineLaunchRestriction

Close the Windows Registry Editor, then reboot your system.
