Spam or real Microsoft?

I received an email from "no-reply@microsoft.com". There was a security added to my account. I do not know this e-mail address.
If it wasn't me clic on "No it wasn't me".
When I clic on that, the reply goed to "Unusual.Suspicious.Activity@Stuff .com"
Is this all spam or a real message from a Microsoft account? Why G-Mail ???

    Very likely a spam/phishing attempt, I would advice you to just delete it and don't click any links (or buttons) within the message.

    Report a technical support scam
