OneDrive sync on every RDS farm desktop login

Hi all,

We have configured an RDS farm with a broker, a gateway and three RDS servers for connecting users. The desktop version of OneDrive is installed, and FSLogix is also configured to redirect Office 365 containers. Still, all the items each user has in OneDrive are synced every time they sign in to any RDS server.

For users with few items there is no problem, but for users with a large volume of data saved on OneDrive, it causes too high a consumption of resources. Specifically we need not all OneDrive items to be synced on every login, we need items to stay synced.

Could someone help us please? Thank you very much.

Do you want to specify some files to sync but not all files?

How about categorizing data and select which folders to sync in OneDrive.

Thanks for your answer @Emi Zhang-MSFT . We want all OneDrive items to sync, but only once. That is, when the user logs out and logs back in the next day on their desktop, we don't want them to sync all the items again as if they never synced.

In this scenario a user can log in to any RDS server and the balancer (broker) choosing the RDS server in which the user will log in.

That said, also note that the disk profiles of each user and the O365 containers are in the SRVFILE, we have FSLogix configured and the desktops are persistent.
