not able to access azure for students using the student developer pack even if i got approved

Question

i got approved by github for the azure student benefits using my github student developer pack and + they also didn't send me the approval email but on the github site it said that i got approved for the activation of the azure student benefit but on the microsoft azure browser page the activate now button (for the azure student benefit ) is not showing + i also tried to access my benefits using my github account but its still not showing and also the verification by the unique code is not showing and therefore i am not able to access my azure student benefit .plzz help!

and then Click on "Claim"
