ExpressRoute ****Traffic flowing on secondary circuit****

Question

Hi Team,

While using ExpressRoute, traffic from Azure towards on-premises is using secondary circuit while going from on-premise to Azure it is using primary circuit path only.

Please help what could be causing this behavior where traffic is passing through secondary circuit from Azure to on-premise.

Note : We are able to ping primary circuit edge router IP address from Azure.
