Power BI - Unique Number + MAX Number

Question

I have table with 3 columns (A - INIT_ID), (B-IND), (C-Spend)

I need to create a NEW table with Distinct of (A), Maximum value for (B) and Corresponding Spend Value (C).. see table below..

Please assist.
