Hi All,
During Android enrollment in Intune, it says to encrypt the device else it will be non-compliant in Intune portal.
Is it mandatory to encrypt or can we skip it. Please suggest

For Android Enterprise enrollment, yes the device must be encrypted. This is not specific to Intune but is specific to Android Enteprise.
For Device Administrator, this is based on the compliance policy your org has configured. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/compliance-policy-create-android-for-work#encryption.
