Use multiple workspace URL's on the Remote Desktop App for Mac OS

In the Windows Microsoft Remote Desktop App i can add the same workspace URL (https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/api/arm/feeddiscovery) multiple times using different user accounts. On the Mac OS client you cannot add it multiple times (You're already subscribed to this workspace). Please also add this feature in the Mac OS client. Very useful for:
-Connecting to Azure Virtual Desktop when working for multiple customers
-Connecting to AVD using different accounts from the same company

I have exactly same problem. This is a huge limitation when working with multiple clients. @Microsoft, please get this fixed!

this is over 1 year old now. Surely this is a requested feature from many people, and I can’t imagine it’s very hard to implement?

is there an ETA on this please?

Same problem. This is a major limitation in being able to provide support from my iPad when on the road.

Sadly this is STILL an issue, 1.5 years after it was acknowledged as being a failing of the product. I can confirm I'm using client 10.8.4 (2111) just downloaded from the App Store.

Come on Microsoft, get yourselves together. We realize this isn't your OS, but the optics are ... you don't really care. It's high time you fixed this. If you have, but haven't published in the App Store ... well, make it so!

Please provide a status update.

When is this feature coming? It seems like a basic feature that exists in Windows. This makes it very hard for my company to support customers in differing tenants.

You can take a look at Version 10.9.1 . I can add multiple workspaces with different accounts now.

Ben - thanks for the lead. I found and installed 10.9.0 (2124).

I have 3 different accounts that I may want to use. Haven't got time to test thoroughly, but the brief time I've spent so far ...

Adding a 2nd workspace, it didn't give the 'already subscribed' error, but after going through all the authentication prompts, it returned to the original workspace list. Noted that clicking on the profile icon (top right), it only listed the 1 account ... the 1st account use on 1st workspace add. This was the result upon several attempt repeating the same 2nd account.

I believe I closed the app, did some other navigating. Tried the 2nd account on another workspace add ... this time I noticed a different profile icon. Now there were 2 accounts list when I click on the profile icon.

Switching over to the 1 profile, only unique workspaces show. It takes a refresh of the workspaces for the full list to reveal ... but switching back over to the 2nd profile? Yep, only the unique workspaces show there now.

I did try to add another workspace using my 3rd account. Haven't got it to show up yet. I'll keep trying.

Yes, this is an improvement on the 'already subscribed' brick wall, but clearly still some work needed to refine the product before shaking the Beta status.

I'm glad this feature has been added, but it seems to work haphazardly for me. I'm also on 10.9.0 (2124). It let me add four different workspaces with different User IDs, however, when I went to add a fifth, an earlier added one dropped off.

Also, sometimes I put in the e-mail address associated with the workspace and it endlessly spins when adding. If I close the app, sometimes coming back in lets me find it and add it.

I'm glad that we're seeing progress here, but it's unclear why it's not letting me add all the accounts I need to add for my customers to support them. I'm glad to provide other feedback or answer questions about how we're using it here.

Clicking on the account details on the bottom left should give the option to switch workspaces.
