Can not create VMswitch generic error

Hyper-V Manager does not allow to open the dialog box throws error "an error occurred while trying to retrieve a list of Virtual switches" generic error
New-VMSwitch: Failed while creating virtual Ethernet switch.

i have removed the feature and re-configured the feature in windows 11

    I have installed the virtualbox and converted all VHDX file in to VDI format and started my VMs...
    this is the right thing i though..
