Cannot view "Databases" tab under Azure Database for MySQL flexible server

This is in regard to the Azure portal. I'm the owner of the subscription in which this service resides and for some reason the "Databases" tab is not available for me. It is visible for other users on the subscription. If I navigate directly via URL it does not load, but I receive no error and I see no HTTP response codes that indicate a problem. Surely this is a bug.

    you can view the database in the Azure portal for MySQL single server for flexible server please use az CLI, workbench, etc.. please refer this document for more information.
    Can you please provide more information on what is visible for other users on the subscription is it a single server or flexible server? please provide a screenshot if possible.

    Hi, @Joel Marshall We are currently running an experiment to show Databases view for some of our customers(30%). We have not opened it fully to all customers in the portal so that is the reason your teammate is able to view the database in the portal. We want to run this experiment until the end of Feb to see how reliable and stable it is before enabling it for all customers.
