Fresh install of Microsoft Exchange iOS app on 2 separate devices.
2 different users with Business Standard licenses.
entering email address shows the error message:
"Couldn't sign in. We couldn't complete your sign-in right now. Try again later."
Office365 support say they cannot deal with this issue.
UI/UX and OSX support continues to be terrible for MS products.
I could not get screenshare or the Teams app to work on OSX either.

I want to confirm if you have installed 2 outlook for iOS app in your iOS device that you cannot login your accounts? Please correct me if I misunderstand your question.
If it is the issue I mentioned above, you could try to run EXRCA to test activesync.
Additionally, if the issue also occur to Teams, you may need open a new thread with Teams Tag for more precise advice.
