Unable to see my AZ 900 certificate

I have completed Microsoft certification Azure Fundamentals on 09-05-2021 and my certification ID is 991278480.
I have received these details in my mail but I am not able to claim my badge from Microsoft account and also not able to see my certificate.
When I am trying to access, I am getting internal error.

Kindly help to check this issue and do the needful.
