Hi, i need to migrate on subscription MCA to EA, and I am concerned if I need to change the Tenant.

Do you know if I can migrate the subscription and keep the same Tenant? I don't want to have a problem migrating access if I need to change the Tenant.

@Diego Pontes - Thanks for reaching out and Welcome to Microsoft Q&A platform.

It is technically possible, but we don't support all MCA to EA.

    • Only customer led (same as web direct) to EA is possible via EA portal without changing the subscription tenant at the moment.
    • And field led (enterprise MCA) to EA is only possible via support ticket and that should also be possible without changing subscription tenant.

    Hope this helps.

If not, can you let us know what kind of MCA are you referring to?

Unfortunately, Monalla's answer is incorrect. MCA-Enterprise to EA is not a supported transfer. Supported transfers are explicitly documented at the below link. Any line that is not specifically captured in the table means that Resource Migration is required for transfer.
