Holiday accruals for leavers disappear

Question

Hi - When we terminate an employee on Dynamics HR their holiday accrual disappears. Can you tell me if there is something set incorrectly in our parameters please as I don't think it should completely disappear as we have nothing to refer to if there is a query after they have left.
We have only just transferred to Dynamics and don't have any support as our software company let us down so we are running a little blind at the moment, so if you can help that woudl be greatly appreciated.
