Is MS Docs available for commercial use?

I'm a technical writer and my team is evaluating tools for hosting our user docs. I love the look and feel of the MS Doc site. It appears the source (Markdown) is stored on GitHub. Is there a commercial version of MS Docs for others to use for publishing their own docs?

    CS BY 4.0 give you some right to use but under the same license. See there for more information; https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
