How to link my certiport profile with Microsoft certification portal

Dear SIr/Madam,

I have passed my Azure-900 certification via certiport and my certification details are visible and downloadable on certiport portal but no details is reflecting on my microsoft portal although I am using same email id I registered for exam. How, to merge or link all of my MS and certiport account to get all the details in sync. I have certification id and access code with me. Please help.
