Windows Server 2016 - Shared Folders - No access

Question

Hello everyone!
I have a virtual 2016 file server on a VMware host that randomly has problems with shared folders.
Couple of shared folder access change to no access automatically and we need to restart the whole server to get the status back to read .
What could be reason for this behavior or any log which can provided more information ?

There is no changes to file permission , all folder has required permission
