Start Menu Customization

Hello everyone,

I just update to Windows 11 as part of an upgrade project.

My users have a start menu set up (on Windows 10), so every time they log in it shows the applications we have prepared such as Word, Excel, Adobe and others.

This is saved in an XML file, my question is how do I migrate that menu to Windows 11?
