"Exercise - Create a function app in the Azure portal" is not working

Completion Verification is not working in "Exercise - Create a function app in the Azure portal" in "https://learn.microsoft.com/". I Tried different browsers and workstations, looks like issue with checking sandbox, reproduced for my colegues too, is there any way to fix this issue ?

    @Oleksandr Bystrytskyi Can you share the document that you have followed? You can refer to Sandbox troubleshooting guide for the common issue. You can also refer to Sandbox FAQ here.
    The Learn sandbox subscription has limits as mentioned in FAQ. Another option is to create a new Azure free account with the 1 Month trial offer.

    I have the same problem. You can do the app function correctly but the microsoft learn page don't let you progress to next step as it can't validate something on the sandbox.

    After the third check of the excersise the sandbox subscription deteles itself.
