How to update certiport certificate in Microsoft learn dashboard?

Hello,

I have done two certifications via certiport and I can see the transcripts there. But the certificates are not updated here in microsoft learn dashboard.
Also, the email address that I used for certiport was badhan.das@fau.de which is not my microsoft account. Could you please let me know what can I do now?
