problem with sharepoint on-premise 2019

In my on premise SharePoint 2019 when I share a document in Mysite host the share notification is sent from administrator. Is it possible each notification is sent by the user itself and not by the administrator?

    By default, the email address of share notification is decided by Outgoing E-Mail Settings in the Central Administration, you can set a predetermined email address, but it cannot be changed by the person who shares herself/himself.
