FSMO roles transfer from Windows 2008 R2 to Win 2019

Hello

I would like to transfer FSMO roles from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2019 is it safe to transfer roles during business hours does it impact anything on the client or member server if i transfer during operational hours.

    Yes, it's absolutely not a problem. I'd just confirm domain health is 100% before making changes like this.
