Hi Team,

I need to perform multiple home drives from my Local File Server network drive to OneDrive.
I have already confirmed that most of my users are using E1 and E3 licenses which are entitled to 1 TB of OneDrive quota.

Using: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-au/sharepointmigration/how-to-format-your-csv-file-for-data-content-migration

May I know what is the format that I must enter in the .CSV file on the column #5 TargetDocLib ?
because the value is DocLibraryName

Is there any minimum requirement for the account I use to be able to perform the bulk migration for 1000+ of my users using the .CSV methoid as above?
my account is already Global Administrator, but I cannot even browse to one of my users https://company.sharepoint.com/personal/user_name_company_com/

    Hi @EnterpriseArchitect ,

Long time no see, how are you?

“what is the format that I must enter in the .CSV file on the column #5 TargetDocLib?”

The value of “#5 TargetDocLib” is Documents. For example:

    "Target Web": https://domain-my.sharepoint.com/personal/user_domain_onmicrosoft_com/
    "TargetDocLib": Documents

“Is there any minimum requirement for the account I use to be able to perform the bulk migration for 1000+ of my users using the .CSV methoid as above?”

If you are using a Global Administrator account, then you can successfully migrate local files to OneDrive of different users through SPMT. Here is my test:

"my account is already Global Administrator, but I cannot even browse to one of my users"

It is important to note that user’s OneDrive account is private by default. Files and folders can only be seen by other employees if they have been shared by the OneDrive owners themselves. Even Global Office 365 administrators do not have access to other users’ OneDrive.

HOW TO GAIN ACCESS TO AN EMPLOYEE’S ONEDRIVE ACCOUNT:

1.Make sure you are a licensed Office 365 Global Administrator.

2.Go to Microsoft 365 admin center

    3.From left-hand-panel, choose Users >> Active Users

4.Check the box next to user’s name whose OneDrive account you are trying to access, then click OneDrive

5.Under Get access to files section, click on Create link to files

6.After just a few seconds, you will be presented with a direct link to employee’s OneDrive account.

    Hello,

If you have trouble storing special characters like make sure that you use a character encoding that contains all the characters used in your spreadsheet. UTF-8 is a character encoding capable of encoding all Unicode characters, which means that no conversion is done after you upload the file. For this reason it is best to store all your CSV files using UTF-8 character encoding.

    Important notes for preparing csvÖ

-> Do not include a header row in your CSV file.
-> Remember to account for all six columns in the file, even if you are not needing a value for a given field.
-> If you use the standard out-of-the-box Document library ("Shared Documents"), you must use the Display name "Documents" as the placeholder value for the Target Document Library in your CSV file. If you enter "Shared Documents" in that column, you will receive an "invalid document library" error.

    Note:
If the language of the destination SharePoint site is other than English, check the Display name of the "Shared Documents" Document library by browsing to Documents library.

The format of csv is as below,

    Source,SourceDocLib,SourceSubFolder,TargetWeb,TargetDocLib,TargetSubFolder
