I'm new to mailing and I want to send emails with the Word file itself attached (converted to pdf would be ideal) and I would like to put a message in the body of the email like

Hello,

you will find attached the tax certificate 2021 from which you benefit, this document is to be sent to the service ......

    Look at a couple of third-party Add-Ins for this.

    These were both designed by Word MVPs and handle email mail merge with attachments.
