can't access voucher for exam Exam 98-381

Question

Recently applied for student verification so, I can get a discount voucher for Exam 98-381. Today I received an E-mail from Microsoft about my student verification. They sent me a link of exam scheduling through with pearsonvue. But I can't access the link.

The web page shows this massage.

"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge"

I tried all the options but it didn't work.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
