Don't really know what's broken. I tried to sign-in like 20 times and I couldn't find a solution.
Does anybody have an idea?

You can check here to see if that's a valid alias under Account Info\Email addresses
    https://account.microsoft.com/profile/

Did you recently change your password for this account on another device? If so, the one that is stored securely in Windows Hello and unlocked with your PIN (or biometrics) isn't correct anymore. Try using your password instead of Windows Hello, then reactivate Hello the next time you log in.

    Hello KemalKrok,

Please try to access using your password. Once inside try the next steps:

Check and remove if any fingerprints are left in Sign in option.

Go to Device manager and uninstall the fingerprint (biometric) device. Click the suboption to uninstall device from this system.

    Reboot the machine

Updated firmware/drivers for your motherboard/chipset/driver for biometric device.

    Reboot the machine

Go back to sign in options and re-enroll the finger. If it fails, repeat the entire procedure again with rebooting.
