Microsoft DNS hsoting

Hello does Microsoft 365 or Azure offer any DNS hosting service or do we need use 3rd party provider for example GoDaddy ?

I could not find any information about this .

When i sign in to Azure and go to "create resource > networking" i do not have any DNS Zone options .

    When i go to azure portal for one of my customer "create resource > networking > " i do not have any option for DNS

    Do i need to buy something ?

    @dirkdigs , If you are looking for hosting then yes, Azure DNS is a hosting service for DNS domains that provide name resolution by using Microsoft service infrastructure. It manages your DNS records and provides name servers that will respond to DNS queries from end-users.

    But Azure DNS does not work as a Domain registrar that allows you to purchase and register domain names. If you want to buy a domain, then you can contact companies like GoDaddy etc...
