Hello,

I have a problem with one Microsoft virtual machine (WS2019).

The virtual machine is in a VMware ESXi and they are managed by vCenter.

The problem is every 5 minutes, the VM lose his network connection and if I try to connect remotely I can’t.

The only temporary solution to solve this problem is connect to the VMware ESXi or vCenter and enter to their console.

One time that I enter to the VMware console and do click on “Ctrl+Alt+Supr”, the ping works and I can connect remotely to the VM by rdp.

I tried to change the E1000 adapter for the VMXNET and i have the same issue.

How could I solve this problem?

Any idea?

    Hello AnxoAlonso

This kind of issue is most of the times either from the hardware or from the virtualization software. I would strongly recommend that you open this question in a VMware forum, and check also with the manufacturer of the physical server, as for instance I remember HP released a fix for Proliant series about this very same issue with VMWare vms.
