I cant log-in onedrive!!

Question

I purchased a account for msoffice. So I installed msoffice programs. And I used a onedrive cloud service.
But On someday I couldn't log in onedrive. So I can't use my important files that was uploaded to onedrive.
Why can't I log in onedrive?
