Hi everyone. I want to develop a windows driver and I need this template to start.
But it just won't appear in visual studio 2019. I've tried multiple combinations of SDK's and WDK's and nothing really changes. All other driver templates are seems to be available:

Hi @Александр Львов , did you install the corresponding version of WDK(check this doc: Install the WDK, or for Windows 11)? Before you finished installing WDK, did you see a dialog which prompt you to install the Visual Studio extension? And did you check the option and wait for it to finish installing the extension? If you miss any one of the steps, I suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall WDK.
Yes. I have Windows 10 20H2, so I installed the WDK for Windows 10 2004. I waited for the Visual Studio extension to install.
I've reinstalled the Visual Studio extension and template appeared. Question is closed.
