How to sync files/data with an on-premise storage?

I've looked into Azure File Sync. However, it requires an Azure file share and NFS cannot be enabled in a SFTP storage. Please advise. Thanks

@Mike P Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, Thank you for posting your query here!

Azure Blob Storage is the only storage platform that supports SFTP over object storage natively in a serverless fashion, enabling you to leverage object storage economics and features. With multi-protocol support, you can run your applications on a single storage platform with no application rewrites necessary, therefore eliminating data silos.

Supporting both NFSv3 and SFTP on blob accounts is a post GA item. Can you please explain scenario more on syncing files with on-prem using SFTP?
