Hi
Myself and my team would like to change the default setting on our Teams meetings to enable short breaks. For example setting the default from 60 minutes to 50 or 55 minutes.

How can this be set up?

thanks Janet

    Hi FollandJanet-1358,

You can End the Teams meetings early by configure in File > Options > Calendar > Calendar Options.

Moreover, you can change the registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\Calendar. It will update both EndEarlyShort and EndEarlyLong values as well as the EndEventsEarly key. You can set the value as you want.

If you are scheduling them via Outlook, you can change the corresponding settings under Options > Calendar > Calendar options. If scheduling via Teams, there's no way to configure this currently afaik.

    Not Applicable for Teams.

Not Applicable for Teams on Mac.

MS makes me use Teams for more and more, but here, I'm forced back into Outlook. My workday gets influenced more by what MS allows me to do, rather than my regular tasks.
