taskbar "hide or visualization" problems

I would like to ask for help to know the reason that this option is blocked in my windows 11, the reason is that the taskbar does not adjust to the applications AND DOES NOT DISAPPEAR even with the auto-hide option.

    Open Command Prompt as Admin.

    Type taskkill /im explorer.exe /f

    Type explorer

    Type exit

    If the above doesn't help then try to disable Notifications.

    Uninstall, reinstall and update graphic card driver.
