I can't hear remote audio in rd client application for android

I am using windows 10 pro and remote desktop service with rd client application for android.
Connecion is very good, but the remote audio is not working. My android device is Galaxy Tab S4.

While "Sound on remote pc" option is working well, "Sound on device" option is not working.

How can I solve this problem?

    Hi,

    Please try below steps to see if your issue could be resolved.

    1. On your windows 10 desktop, in local group policy, Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Device and Resource Redirection, please enable policy "Allow audio and video playback redirection"

    2. On windows 10, make sure Windows Audio service is running. If already running, please restart it.
    3. Also, start Remote Desktop Services UserMode Port Redirector service, and set startup type to "Automatic".

    What is the version of rdp client application for android you are using?

    Please try to install the latest release of Remote Desktop for Android to see if it helps.
