Please try below steps to see if your issue could be resolved.
- On your windows 10 desktop, in local group policy, Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Device and Resource Redirection, please enable policy "Allow audio and video playback redirection"
- On windows 10, make sure Windows Audio service is running. If already running, please restart it.
- Also, start Remote Desktop Services UserMode Port Redirector service, and set startup type to "Automatic".
