AZ-400 Certification is not available in Certification dashboard

Hi Team,
I have completed the AZ-400 Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions on Jan 28,2022. It's already a week, Still I haven’t received the certification in certification dashboard. Kindly help me on this.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
