unable to add external users to teams channels

Please I need your help on this. 

 We have two external users who we are unable to add to the Teams channel.

Do you mean it only occurs to the particular two external users, while other external users can be added successfully?
Is there any error message when this happens?

Generally, to add guests to a team, a team owner can follow the instructions in the article below:
Add guests to a team in Teams

Besides, assuming you are a global administrator, you can also try to add the external users as guests via Azure Active Directory and then assign them to the teams group.
