Certification not available

Hello

I sat MB220 yesterday morning and my results are presented within the Pearson Vue portal.
But the certificate and badge are not available within my Microsoft certification account and I have not had a confirmation email as usually happens.

Please can someone look into it for me please?

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
