Outlook 365: decline meeting requests when other meetings take place, tentatively accept meeting requests when there is no conflict.

Question

I have been searching for a VBA code for this issue some time now, and I hope somebody can help. I like the option to decline meeting requests without having to think about it, but I dislike the previous set function where other appointments are accepted when there is no conflict.

I am looking for a VBA option to make the combination of:

• automatically decline meeting requests that conflict with an existing appointment of meeting

but with the previous setting being:

• tentatively accept meeting requests when no conflict occurs.

Is this possible?
