Error 439 - Application Insights

I am using Visual studio 2022 .NET 6 framework in my .NET Core project. All of sudden all my request firing in my front end gives me below error message.

https://dc.services.visualstudio.com/v2/track 439

Tried to disable Application Insights but still getting below error message.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 439 ()

Please help.

Have you ever received an email or notification from Microsoft Visual Studio Application Insights?

This issue might happen when the volume of data your app is sending to the Application Insights has hit the monthly quota, and no one seems to be viewing it, the collection of data from your app will not resume at the start of the next month unless someone views it in the Azure portal.

So, you can view your app's data in the Azure portal to enable data collection to resume at the start of the next month when your app's quota is reset. Or, to resume data collection now, you can select another pricing tier with a higher quota.
