Change the user folder ID name associated with Microsoft account

Several years ago, I owned a laptop and created a Microsoft email account (turnerjk1@harsh.com .com). When I was setting the laptop up and was asked my name I accidentally hit enter on the keyboard before entering my full name turner, so the user folder on the laptop was turne.

When I purchased a new desktop computer several years later, I used the same email account to log into the new computer (the one I am currently using) and it automatically set the user folder to "turne". How can I change this? And if I buy a new Windows 11 desktop, will logging in with the email account cause the same thing to happen again?

Simplest option may be to add a new email alias to the account (account info\email addresses)
    https://account.microsoft.com/profile/

then add a new user account to windows.

    Open Command Prompt as Admin.

Type wmic useraccount list full and press enter. Now search for your existing account name. Take note of the SID number for your existing account name.

Rename your existing account by typing CD c:\users, then rename [YourOldAccountName] [NewAccountName]

Open Regedit, and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList.

Look for the profile you want to change the user folder name (based on the SID value you noted earlier) and open the ProfileImagePath value.

Change the value data to the new folder name—make sure it's the same as your newly renamed account—and select OK.

    Reboot.

    Hello Turnerjk

First you will need to change you Display name: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-change-your-microsoft-account-display-name-917b1d70-5915-d04e-243a-a618f96ef1d5

Then on a new system, it will create the session information as your new Display Name.
